Production of heaters started in 1993 in a small basement of an apartment building, followed by rented premises, and moving from one premise to another. As time passed, the company developed.
Today we have our own industrial building built in 2017, and the company employees made the finishing with their own hands.
Over the years of its existence, Spetsmash LLC has been awarded with many diplomas and awards, including one Golden and three Platinum Quality Marks.The most significant for us is the Laureate Diploma of the Forum “Public Recognition”, presented to us by Veterans of the Great Patriotic War
From 1993 to 2016, the volume of production per month increased by 20 times, and this is not the limit.
All this is due to the coordinated work of the personnel, mechanization and automation of production processes. It must be particularly noted that the main production equipment at the enterprise has been designed and manufactured by our own engineering forces.
Many employees have been working at Spetsmash LLC for more than a decade. The staff of our enterprise is actually a small but very friendly production family.
Together, we overcome adversity, reach new heights, have fun and help each other, when life circumstances require it.
We spend a third of our lives here in the company, which is why we try to ensure that the working and intermediate recreation conditions are comfortable for the employees. Everything is like at home here!
The conditions for work are established: spacious bright rooms, our own boiler room, a room to have meals, clean bathrooms and showers, and spaces for leisure: a gym, a tennis table, a barbecue area, lawns with fruit trees that we planted ourselves.
